SIQ PTY. LTD. is a sales and marketing outsourcing business with clients
from almost all industries in Australia.
 As an independent sales contractor, I was responsible for door to
door sales of energy accounts for their client, Lumo energy.
 This role demanded me to work independently on field, visiting
residents and interacting with them for energy account sales.
 This project covered different locations all over Victoria region,
which helped me understand the customer behavior in Victoria
and build perseverance due to the nature of this job.
Business Development Executive, QUALITRON BIOMEDICA PVT. LTD.,
INDIA
July 2016 – May 2017
Qualitron Biomedica is an India based pharmaceutical company,
involved in the sales and marketing of OTC as well as Prescription
medications with its customers in India and abroad.
 As a business development executive at Qualitron Biomedica, I
was responsible for conversion of new leads into wholesale
franchisee customers, B2B sales, handling customer orders and
requests on call, managing accounts along with sales order
creation, processing invoices and purchase orders along with strategic product pitching to the customers followed by shipping
samples while achieving sales targets.
 Additionally, I was also responsible for preparing sales reports and
delivering presentations to customers at the head office and at
corporate events.
 Being assigned a set of 40 customers individually, this role required
me to work in collaboration with a team of 5 individuals wherein
we were required to conduct regular meetings and plan strategies
to collaboratively achieve our targets as a group.
 The role required me to co-ordinate with the logistics department
for on-time delivery of goods to the customer.
 I believe customer satisfaction is the way to success for any
business and I experienced this success when I started to exceed
my sales target by 5% every month due to detailed attention to my
customers’ needs, which was further noticed and appreciated by
my manager as well as my clients.
INTERNSHIPS
Business Intelligence Intern, HOBSONS BAY CITY COUNCIL, AUSTRALIA
December 2018 – February 2019
Hobsons Bay City Council is a local government located in Altona and
provides its services like infrastructure, recreation, health and being and
many more to the communities in the south-western suburbs of
Melbourne, Australia.
 As a business intelligence intern, I worked on a project involved in
developing a dashboard and a planning & reporting software to
manage the 400 various projects of the council.
 I worked in a team of 3, with two of them specializing in IT and me
being a business student, I was mainly involved in analyzing the
business protocols of the council and identifying the project KPIs
which would further be visually displayed on the dashboard.
 Not limited to this, I did have my hands on some coding and
application building which was possible due to my keen nature of
curiosity and willingness to learn.
 I bagged this 3-month internship through a competitive process
conducted by the MITI (Monash industry team initiative)for which I
further received a scholarship as well.
Project trainee, UNIMARK REMEDIES LTD., INDIA
May 2015 – June 2015
Unimark Remedies is a multinational pharmaceutical company, based
in India which deals with manufacturing and marketing, mainly of
generic drugs and API compounds.
 As a project trainee, I was exposed to the various departments
involved in the supply chain of a pharmaceutical industry.
 In this course, I was privileged to interact with the head of
departments in their head office in Mumbai and gain some useful
insights and guidance regarding the functioning of the
pharmaceutical generic department in specific.
 Preparing presentations in order to inculcate the presentation and
communication skills along with industry knowledge was a part of
my training.
SOFT SKILLS
 Public speaking
Winner of State level elocution competition, 2016- Topic: Make in
India and the Pharmacy field and have also been the
main speaker for most of my university presentations.

Fluent communication skills
Certification achieved for Seed Infotech-Practical English and
communication skills has enhanced my communication skills and
helped me outperform my university group assignments as well as
team projects at workplace.
 Leadership
Have lead various group projects at the University right from the
initiation phase, allocating work and delivering quality project
work. I have demonstrated my leadership qualities by helping and
motivating the team members to perform well and by managing
the teams work for a quality project delivery on time.
 Strong presentation skills
Maintained a consistent improvement with presentation delivery
pertaining to diverse area of knowledge like social responsibility,
an eye-catching video on product marketing, United nations and
many more. Maintained eye contact with the audience along with

In the business development role, the need to process excess
customer orders in a day than a usual expected number has
